Too Much Fun

Hello lovely readers (if there are anyone out there actually reading this blog)! So I'm still getting used to the whole idea of having a blog and writing about my seemingly boring life, but fortunately I have some fun shenanigans happening over my break from school so there will be plenty to talk about :) 

Let's back up to last night. All my friends are FINALLY done with college finals and back home for Christmas break. UT gets out much earlier than most schools, so my life has consisted of lots of sleeping, running, crafting and blog stalking since I left school. Saying I was ecstatic to be reunited with my best friends is an understatement. I had four of my best friends come over last night for a girl's night/movie night/craft-a-palooza. It was fantastic to have everyone together again, and I definitely laughed more than I have in a looooong time. Sadly, I was having too much fun to take any pictures of this little shindig.

But I do have pictures of today's fun activities!! After my girlies left from my house this morning, I met up with my marvelously wonderful boyfriend, Todd, to go for a run. The weather was beautiful and we had a great run and then grabbed a quick lunch at Salsarita's. We hurried back to my house because it was COOKIE BAKING TIME!

*Side note: We used the Funfetti Cookie Mix for these and they were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this mix to anyone looking for yummy, easy cookies.

Well, I think this post is long enough! Updates from the events that occurred after the cookie baking will have to wait until tomorrow!! Ciao for now :)
